 How do I setup/ connect my ftp programme?
Solution: 

Once you have downloaded and installed the programme, the ftp programme needs to connect to your website.

It will ask you to put in some credentials:

Host Name/ server address:   ftp.yourwebsite.com
Site Name:      This can be anything eg. Website1
User Name:    Enter your cpanel username
password:      Enter your cpanel password
