Solution: 

Yes, we have incorperated our privacy policy into our terms of service. You can view the Privacy Policy  and other Legal documents via the legal tab.

The reason you must also read our privacy policy is due to the fact you also have a responsibility (within the Data Protection Act 1998) to ensure the data we have on file is accurate and up to date. All your details can be viewed within the customer login.
